Birthday - Baby - Wedding - Retirement - Anniversary - Graduation - Debutante

Mail Date: 3-4 weeks prior to event

RSVP Date: 1-2 weeks prior to event


Exceptions can always be made to any timeline.

The main factors taken into consideration when determining your target dates include

guest travel requirements, catering and vendor deadlines, and holidays.

Weddings with majority of guests being local: 8 weeks

Destinations or majority of guests requiring travel: 10 weeks

Anywhere within this time frame is considered proper etiquette to mail your invitations. This just gives everyone a little wiggle room for final details and delivery.
